Colin Kaslow
Colin Kaslow has been a certified personal trainer in Austin since graduating
from The University of Texas in 1999. Colin is a well-established trainer
working with both men and women of all ages and fitness levels ranging from
professional athletes to post surgical patients. Creating workout programs
specifically designed to meet your goals, Colin teaches proper exercise technique
along with an emphasis on proper nutrition as a foundation of wellness and
health that will help you attain a healthier and stronger body. Colin combines
cardiovascular and strength training, core stability, nutrition, nutritional
timing (when you should eat certain kinds of food), flexibility, hydration,
and balance drills as his methods to help his clients attain better health.
A love and passion for helping others is the inspiration and reward for Colin
as a trainer. He has experience working with many types of injuries, pregnant
women (both post and during), pro athletes, young athletes, couch potatoes,
and elderly clients. Colin has enjoyed a career competing in professional
beach volleyball tournaments with fellow instructor Tim Wooliver when not
at work, as well as playing with his dog, enjoying live music, and cooking.
Colin has B.S. in Kinesiology from The University of Texas. He is a certified
trainer as well as a corrective exercise and active isolated stretching (AIS)
therapist. Since 2004 he has also worked for Dr. Robert Meyer at the Spinal
Wellness and Rehab Clinic in both those fields while also personal training
at Wild Basin Fitness, Austin Functional Training and at South Congress Athletic

Tim Wooliver
Tim Wooliver is new to the fitness instructor role, as he has spent most of
the last 15 years perfecting his skills competing as the top pro beach volleyball
player in the State of Texas and one of the very best in the entire nation.
Winning hundreds of tournaments all over the United States, Tim contributes
much of his success to his incredible work ethic and elite level of fitness.
Tim’s grueling plyometric workouts have put him in incredible shape
and players from all across the nation visit Austin to train with this tireless
athlete. Rest assured that Tim is looking, feeling, and performing better
then almost all his competitors. He is now ready to share some of his secrets
and techniques at Aussies Beach Camp. Tim is an excellent motivator and has
a knack for getting the most out of each person he comes in contact with.
With an expansive knowledge of specific beach volleyball related exercises,
Tim is the perfect instructor for this sand based Beach Camp. He wants you
to get in the best shape of your life.
When and Where
* All workouts BEGIN at 6:15 am. It is recommended you arrive 5-10 min early.

Each participant will receive:
• Pre and Post camp Body Fat Assessment to see the results of your hard
work. These will be done on the first and last day of each four-week session.
• Complementary workouts will be written down and given to everyone
to be done outside of Beach Camp; enabling you to achieve maximum results.
• Nutritional information that is critical to achieving maximum results
from Beach Camp workouts. Consumption of the proper nutrients as well as the
times these nutrients are delivered to the body is as important a component
as the workouts themselves in achieving your ultimate beach body.

• Single session $150 for all 8 workouts
• One workout $25 (drop in price)

Remember:
• Towel to clean up during and after workout. An outdoor “no privacy”
shower is available on site as well as two private changing rooms. Bring your
own toiletries to use before continuing your day.
• You will get sandy during this workout! Dress accordingly.
• Bring a shake or nutritional bar to consume post workout.
• Sunscreen
• Water is available but it’s never a bad idea to bring extra
fluids to drink.
